It’s a decent establishment. Clean, pleasant smelling, pretty relaxing. They English not good, but the massage is perfect! Interested in trying others outside of Swedish. Their pricing is what makes them A1 for me! I will be coming back, excellent service. Cici was really understanding and patient with me.

I just left the Bali Spa and theassage I had was awesome.... I had Annie and believe me that young lady knows her stuff when it comes to helping a person.....I am a.OTR truck driver therefore I get beat around on the roads more then I care to..... Ms.Annie.i will be back to see her again when I get back to Chicago since the company I drive for is based out of Chicago area..... The price was right and the customer service was great and I didn't have to wait.... Once I paid at.the front the lady took me straight to a room and went and told Ms.Annie I was in there and she came right in there promptly and introduced herself before she started.... She would ask me if I was ok at different intervals of the massage.... Thank You so very much Ms.Annie ur the best and I'll be back to see u in a few days.

I decided to give this place a try … as I am always looking for somewhere for a good massage….. I decided to go ahead and get a 75 minute massage and a no chip manicure and pedicure. From the moment I entered, they were very nice all the way till …the time I left , they are extremely friendly and warm welcoming. Everyone had a smile on their face and was very kind. The facility is extremely clean, very well decorated and has a nice energy. I will go back again and ask for the deep tissue massage, it was my fault for not being clear that I wanted a deep tissue. All I said was I wanted a “medium Touch” it was still very relaxing being a Swedish massage. for my manicure and pedicure, they really really took their time. I have never been anywhere where they have been so detailed the pedicure was absolutely wonderful. The girl that did the scrub and the massage did absolutely wonderful. The credit card machine was not working so it was only cash Zelle or Apple Pay. I did have a little difficulty communicating with them but other than that the overall experience was well worth it. I definitely will be back and definitely recommend this place. Just be very clear about what you want. They definitely do care and want to make you happy and that is something very desirable in any business. 💯🌺😊💕
